After every visit you get a Digital Car Health Report in My Garage. Here is how to read it.
The score
The report gives your car a score out of 100. Each item the technician checks gets points for its rating, items add up into categories such as Engine, Brakes and Tyres, and the categories make the overall score.
The colours
- Good: nothing to do right now.
- Attention soon: plan to look at it at your next service.
- Replacement recommended: best fixed soon. Safety items such as brake pads are flagged first, whatever the overall score.
Photos and parts
The report includes photos of the work and lists any parts replaced, with oil grade and quantity. If the technician found extra work, you'll see what you approved or declined.
What next
The report shows when your next service is due, by date or kilometres, and we'll remind you when it's time.
