Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule from My Garage up to 2 hours before your slot, free of charge. After that, or once the technician is on the way, please contact us.

Refunds

If you paid online and your booking is cancelled within the allowed time, or a service could not be completed, we refund the amount to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within a few working days; the time to reach your account depends on your bank.
