What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Service addresses and, if you allow it, your location to help the technician find you.
• Your vehicle details, such as model, fuel type, registration number and odometer reading.
• Photos and videos of your vehicle taken during the service, inspection results and service history.
• Booking, invoice and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store them.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and how you arrived at our website (for example, an advertisement link).

How we use it

• To schedule and carry out your service, and to contact you about it.
• To create your Digital Car Health Report, invoices and service reminders.
• To send booking updates by SMS and WhatsApp. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages in your profile.
• To improve our services and understand which channels bring customers to us.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the service — for example SMS and WhatsApp messaging, payment processing, maps and hosting — and only as needed. Our technicians see only the details required to complete your job. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as you have an account with us, and as long as the law requires for invoices. You can ask us to delete your account.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by contacting us .
