Someone needs to hand over the keys at the start and take them back at the end. You can follow the job on your phone in between.
Where can you service my car?
Anywhere with safe space around the car — your society parking, office parking or outside your home. We bring our own tools and a mat to keep the area clean.
Do I pay before or after the service?
After. You get a GST invoice on your phone and can pay online or in cash.
What if the technician finds a problem?
You get a photo and a price on your phone. Nothing extra is done or charged unless you approve it.
