Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a service with CarMechanixx.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking ID. Prices shown before you confirm are for the selected car and services. Taxes are shown separately.

At the service

Please provide safe, legal space around the vehicle and make sure someone is reachable by phone. The technician records the vehicle's condition with photos before starting.

Additional work

If the technician recommends extra work, you'll be shown the reason and price. Extra work is carried out and billed only if you approve it.

Health report

The Digital Car Health Report reflects the inspection recorded on the day. It is not a guarantee of the vehicle's mechanical condition.

Payment

Invoices are payable after the service unless agreed otherwise.
